“To be a Lead Centre of Excellence in Providing Training, Sharing Knowledge, Conducting Research, and Providing Policy Advisory in Power Utilities Reform in Nigeria through Developing and Implementing State-of-the-Art Training and Capacity Building Programmes in Partnership with National and International Stakeholders”MISSION
- To develop and implement state-of-the art programmes in partnership with national and international stakeholders through best practices.
- To promote a centre of learning that will fully support the rapid development of the power sector.
- To change the mindset of utility workers by focusing on the culture of training
- To collaborate with local/international training agencies for knowledge sharing.
- To be a self-sufficient Institution through rendering services to other companies and institutions
- To ultimately upgrade to a degree awarding institution providing alternative degree programmes for employees willing to broaden their scope.
