Admission Requirements
The Courses are classified into technical and non-technical course. The non-technical courses are mainly provided at three of the centres, these are: Main Campus, Abuja, RTC Akangba and RTC Ijora. The Technical Courses are provided in all the centres except at RTC Akangba.
Each of the courses runs for a minimum duration of one week and a maximum duration of two weeks, this applies mainly to the technical courses.
The entry requirements for the target audience in each of the training programme are different and specific. For instance, the entry requirement for engineering courses is a first degree in the related discipline (i.e HND or BSc), while courses targeted at Technicians have minimum entry qualification requirement of National Diploma (ND). Courses for Crafstmen and Artisans require a technical certificate and school leaving certificate entry qualification respectively.
However, for courses that are in series of modules, particpant cannot partake in ahigher module course unless he/she has provided evidence or certificate of completion in the preliminary/modules or its equivalent; this requirement is seperate from its minimum academic qualification expected.
All the courses are delivered in English Language. Certificates of proficiency and completion are given for each of our career based courses when training is completed.
