Regional Training Centre (RTC), Kano is situated at Challawa Old Power Station, Panshekara, Kano State.

The facility consists of the following:

• 2nos. training/lecture rooms which can seat about 30 participants conviniently. Each training room is well equipped with standard Audio and Visual training aids.
• 1 Electrical Laboratory
• 1 Computer room
• 1 Library
• A Restaurant
• A Car park
• Several Offices
